This was a commission from ~Mimiru85 who wanted a Balrog from Lord of the Rings, except she wanted a baby fluffy version!

Does the amount of fun I had with this commission show?! He was AWESOME! I am so pleased with the glowy effects, and while the "fire" didn't turn out quite how I pictured it I'm still so happy.

Sculpting his face was a challenge but... I had a great time doing it.

I really want to keep him :'( Guess I'll just have to make myself one sometime. Oh I used my new airbrush on him too; What a perfect doll to use it on! :aww: Airbrushes are excellent, I don't know WHY I didn't get one earlier!

This is an art doll, so a plush with a wire armature and polymer clay head, hands and feet.

In the second panel, you did the impossible... you made the Balrog look huggable! Well, huggable in an "I will throw you into a fiery chasm of fire and death and fire and more fire" kinda way. But huggable nonetheless! :squee:
