The photo of you holding him up is so freakin adorable!!! :XD: It reminds me of scooping up my mother in law's ferret when he gets into trouble! ;)

It's too bad you live so far away, my mother in law actually is getting a new flat where she can't take him and is looking for a home >< They are very fun but omg they are stinky! lol

That's why my Mum won't let me get any! She used to have them when she was young and loved them but they smell so bad she wouldn't have them in the house and I don't think they'd like the fumes in my shed x_x Good luck finding a home for them!

Ty, he's super sweet and loves playing (supervised) with cats and toy breed dogs so I'm sure he'll be easy to place once we find nice people looking =) I would love to snatch him up but they're notoriously bad around babies =(

Adorable! I love your animal mixes, this is exactly how I would picture that mix to look! ^-^ I've seen a sugarglider in person before.. how adorable :) he was having a ride on a man's shoulder when I went to visit the city of Boston! Quite a change from my small town life for a day! Aww also, those lil paws.. Wana give em a squeeze! :D

Because this guy is cute, it's just... Living in NZ, first sort of thought seeing this was aaaaah possum! The things kill the trees and native birds and give cattle diseases and will attack you if you annoy them. We have so many of the things where I live, they'll run up the trees when you come down the driveway. So he is cute, after I got over the first response :p Also, size-wise, he is a LOT smaller than one.

Depends on if you're in Austrailia or NZ. In Aussie, they are tiny and cute and eat like, nectar and blossums or something. Then someone decided to bring them to New Zealand, and the different climate made them grow up like they're on steroids or something. In Austrailia, the kind of possum we have here (common brushtail) tends to mainly eat fruit and leaves, whereas here, where we have so many birds that have evolved without mammalian predators, they prefer the chicks and eggs to leaves, but still manage to kill trees. They are sort of cute, I know people who have adopted them as pets (you aren't supposed to though) but they aren't much-loved in my country.

So cute, just look at those little feet! And what a sweet smile too. I love how you colored his face and feet. The pinks around the nose, knuckles and paw pads really made him him look that much real.

This is so adorable, great work! The painting on the face is really well done, huge improvement there. I especially like the pink nose. I like the eyes a lot too, they're cute but not as exaggerated as some of your others, he kind of has an innocent but mischievous look to him. The little claws are cool too! I like the entire thing!

Bah I bought some base coat to make painting easier and it went all bobbly? So I had to sort of... Sand him... But he was still pock-marked, not awfully just like paper or something, but that's why the lines aren't PERFECTLY CRISP, haha.
Oh I'm a sucker for pink noses ^_^
Thanks Janine I started painting the little Muse the other day and it was so fun, but NOT A PATCH on some of those pros on the forums..

Base coat? Like a sealer or something? Well not a sealer, but something to help paint stick to the clay? That sounds really annoying with the pock marks. The lines look really crisp to me so it's not obvious either way!

Aww yay maybe one of these days I'll grab one of those too. I don't even want to get into painting them because the other ones people do are so much better! Have you seen ~Nambroth's? Hers are my favourite. :D

XD, the first thing I thought of when I saw the thumbnail of this was a sugar glider.

He's such a cute little fellow though with all that fluff! I love the animal combo and colors too!

Awesome! There's not a lot of sugar glider in him other than the head and markings, but I'm glad there's enough to be reminiscent...
@_@ Fluff... That fur is THE FLUFFIEST fur I have ever worked with.
