Meikle and Muckle Abdabs by Magweno Meikle and Muckle Abdabs by Magweno

The Screaming Abdabs are Here!

£12 - £30 + P&P

Meikle and Muckle Abdabs now available in the Magweno Art Dolls Etsy shop.

Muckle (meaning ‘big’ in Scots) Abdabs measure approximately 3” cubed and are available in Pumpkin, Ivory, Brown and Black colour variations.

Meikle (meaning ‘small’!) Abdabs measure roughly 2” cubed and have three different variations (Corvie, Moose and Nathair) in three colours (Pumpkin, Ivory and Black).

(Don’t be misled by the Moose Abdabs - Moose is just how we pronouce ‘mouse’ over here. As in, “there’s a moose loose aboot yer hoose!”)

They come in clear boxes with an Abdab sticker and a signed Magweno wooden tag. Great as gifts for others or as a treat to yourself over Halloween!

These little skulled creatures only come out to play with the living during September and October, so make sure you get yours now! They are all limited edition - the ivory Corvie has already sold while I’ve been typing this out so be quick!

Nothing wrong with brown boxes! :D They can look really classy if you put the right accessories on them.

Hehe... if by accessories you mean packing tape and a shipping label.... ;)
Also... do you reccomend I use packing peanuts or newsprint (the blank kind that comes in rolls- I have some on hand already) for packing things?

I stamp all my postal boxes with a custom logo :D There are other things like colourful or custom packaging tape and logos on the shipping label that would make a difference too.

I use packing peanuts, bubblewrap and air pouches (not all at once though) - Woodsplitterlee got bad feedback on her ebay once for just using newsprint. Probably because it condenses when agitated. Newsprint weighs a lot too which racks up the postage cost. However if it's all you have to hand then I'm sure it would do :)

Look up "void fill" - you will find lots of options. Packing peanuts often have to be bought by the cubic foot and that is expensive to deliver though, there may be a cheaper alternative for you. I have got orders from companies that have used sort of shredded cardboard as packaging in the past, so I save and reuse that, same with the airpouches and bubblewrap. (I order a lot of stuff lol :D)
