Description

John Alberti of Windstone Editions, Melody Pena's (*Reptanglian's) husband, commissioned this doll for her Christmas present and I am so thrilled she likes it! Here he is shortly after being finished playing with my megaloceros (who has guarded my student flat for several years now and now guards my studio).

He has pheasant feathers sent to me by a friend on the Isle of Man, peacock feathers I collected from a wildlife sanctuary, "long cashmere" velvet and faux fur sent to me by *ElreniaGreenleaf. A lovely commission to make and a perfect end to 2011!
