Plumpkin Certificate of Authenticity by Magweno Plumpkin Certificate of Authenticity by Magweno
All Plumpkins will be sent out with one of these! Featuring one of my new, super awesome embossed gold authenticity seals.

I am completely over the moon with my seals :D I don't consider myself much of a graphic designer, but after a couple of Skillshare classes I can get by! (I'd highly recommend the first link to Brand Identity, that is a great class.)

Embosser and seals supplied by Stampitude who are a really sweet and awesome bunch! :D

You can buy a Plumpkin through my Etsy shop!

This is some awesome branding (something I'm woefully lacking in when it comes to the actual packaging)

Hope many an awesome plumpkin will be sent out with these :)

They came out so cool! I'm just printing mine at the moment, would love to do something a bit better if my stuff takes off! ;)

I love it! I love how you're working on branding. I can't wait to see more. I love these certificates.

Thanks so much! It took me long enough to really get into it! But I'm hooked, the branding for the Plumpkins was really fun to work on and so satisfying to get right :)

Branding is especially important. It took me a while to find someone design my logo, but I've been putting off making certificates of authenticity. I haven't decided if my little brand is big enough to require that. This year I started using tags though.

:D That's awesome! I started using printed tags as soon as I started selling cast dolls, because when I buy collectable work like that from artists it makes it SO special having a signature and numeration and things. It makes me feel the artist is really proud of their work! I think certificates of authenticity are definitely worth it, we gotta be proud of our work ^_^

For tags, I've been printing them at home and printing them in batches of 20 for each year (just because I don't produce enough to make more). Would you recommend getting the certificates commercially printed or a DIY project?

I think getting them designed and commercially printed (by a GOOD printer - there are so many bad ones out there!) makes them look really professional, but you could do an equally good job doing it at home if you invested the time. I find myself rushing around like a march hare some days and my printer is temperamental at best so it was just simpler and faster for me to get them printed. They're also glossy and all cut neatly and printed clearly.. I find it much easier getting them printed by a company :) But I stick the gold sticker and emboss them myself.
