Xylare was a surprise doll for ~CharoiteDragon commissioned by ~DemonsTelMe2BuyCandy. He's been on the list since May under the mysterious 'classmate' description! Xylare was supposed to be a Christmas present but I knew Harrison would crack and he ended up giving Xylare early

I love surprise present dolls, they're always so fun

Xylare is a particularly special commission for me for a couple of reasons. One is that Whisper has been a good friend of mine for aaaages, back when I was into doing Neopets art! Over the years I've drawn her quite a few fanart pictures of her beautiful characters and most, if not all, of them have been huge landmark progress points for me personally in digital art terms. Xylare the doll was no different! The other reason Xylare is so special is that she's the fist doll to have my new folding wing design! That's right, a few of you have heard whisperings of this and I didn't think I'd get to announce them until Christmas but here we are: I have developed a technique for making wings that open and close like real birds wings.

A non-winged doll would be £150, prices for dragon-winged or feathery-winged dolls are still under revision.

Can I comishion you for just the wings? Because I have most of my dragon done. XD How much? I even got high-powered magnets to attach the wings to the base!
If your too busy can I buy like a blank wing armatures and I'll do all the messy featherin' myself? Because she has some big wings. O_O Hence why I want to make them detachable.

Hmm I've never done it before but I'd make you a pair of detachable wings for £200. They'd be about a 20" wingspan. You'll have to wait until July/August too as my waiting list is really long.

It's nearly impossible to tell where the felt scales start on this, you did such an amazing job!! I love the full body feather coverage too, so gorgeous!
